Article 3 — Hosting provider
In accordance with article 1-1, I, 4° of the LCEN, the site is hosted by:
o2switch SAS, Chemin des Pardiaux, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France. Telephone: 04 44 44 60 40.
Article 4 — Data storage providers
In accordance with article 1-1, I, 5° of the LCEN (introduced by the SREN law of 21 May 2024), the publisher informs users of the providers storing data processed in the course of providing the service:
Providers currently in service
- o2switch SAS — Chemin des Pardiaux, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France. Hosting of the website and of the mailbox; messages sent to our contact address are stored there, in France.
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group) — 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Messaging service used as our main contact channel, including for any photograph of your opening that you choose to send. Conversations are stored on Meta servers and may be transferred outside the European Union.
- Brevo (SENDINBLUE SAS) — 17 rue de Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France. Processor for the emails of the reseller area, in service since that area opened: the reseller’s email address, single-use login code, order confirmation, manufacturing order sent to the workshop and weekly activity report. The data is hosted within the European Union.
- Brevo (SENDINBLUE SAS), also, to pass on to our mailbox the access requests sent through the reseller area form: company name, trading area and the applicant’s email address. The website keeps no copy of them.
Providers planned, not yet in service
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) — will become a processor for collecting order payments on the day online payment is activated. Card details will be entered on a page hosted by Stripe and will not pass through VITRECO’s servers. Some processing may involve a transfer outside the European Union, governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. No data is transmitted to it today.
This distinction is deliberate: announcing a processor that handles no data yet would be as inaccurate as omitting one that does.
Article 5 — Access to the site
The site is accessible 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or scheduled and unscheduled interruptions arising from maintenance. The publisher cannot be held liable for any modification, interruption or suspension of the site.
Article 6 — Intellectual property
Any use, reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation or modification of all or part of the Vitreco website without the publisher’s authorisation is prohibited and may give rise to legal action under the French Intellectual Property Code and Civil Code.
Article 7 — Hyperlinks
The site may contain hyperlinks to other websites. The publisher exercises no control over those sites and disclaims all liability as to their content.
Article 8 — Personal data protection
For any information about personal data protection, please see our privacy policy.
Article 9 — Cookies
For details of the trackers used and your choices, please see our cookie policy.
Article 10 — Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after any attempt at amicable resolution has failed, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
